The 5th offering from QRUK comes in the form of Boom Bap EP by RAY, with longtime label favourite Jamie Unknown on the remix.

Leeds based producer, RAY, is truly one to watch for 2021.  Delivering his debut EP, QRUK005 features 2 original, hard hitting tracks.  Boom Bap is a 90s style, choppy, rave influenced banger, which captures a high energy, peak time feeling.  Flip It brings a faster more drum heavy follow up, starting with deep, synth chords and progressing in vibrancy throughout.  Both paired with deep cut vocal samples, these are sure to make some noise.

Finally, Jamie Unknown's NRG Mix is a more bass driven track, building on of Ray's use of influences whilst intwined with Jamie's unique style.  With a heavy use of breaks and vocal chops, Jamie continues carving his space into the underground world.
